MAJOR PROPS TO HANNITY FOR THE CALI DUSTBOWL STORY

Hannity, this time you hit a grand slam. This is better than your Freedom Concerts, appearing at Tea Parties and all the other good things you do. When I watched this story on those poor farmers and all that lovely "good ground" turning into salt flats, before my eyes, I did toss a rock through the screen. Here I thought you only had unbridled passion for everything leaning right, way right, in your case. However, the service you did, by making us aware of how the unchecked zealots can literally cause the ruination of a state, is something you should be very proud of. Despite your ranting and shilling for the right, this time you created a masterpiece, and I thank you for it.



For those unfamiliar, as I was, here is the deal and saga of "The Delta Smelt." This involves half a million acres of formerly fabulous farmland in the San Joaquin Valley of California. Landmark cities in this enclave include Huron and Fresno. Unemployment in this farming belt is 15% and the farmers are going to swallow 900 million dollars in lost revenue this year alone.


This debacle affects 38 million people in the immediate, and all of us in America, in the future. Because a substantial amount of our veggies (tomatoes) and all the offshoots of products made with toms, and the EMPLOYED PEOPLE who administer the "tomato industry," will experience a train wreck they won't soon forget. This is not a ripple effect, this shall be a tsunami effect.



So, the drought really hit them hard, eh? Water must be at a premium from that river, eh? Place looks like the terrain I would envision for Iran, if I had my finger on the plunger. No, no and no. The reason this farm belt has turned into a sandbox is because of these zealots and total nitwits called environmentalists. Whackos. If they open the pumps to the river and allow water to flow for the crops, THEY WILL EXTINCT THE DELTA SMELT. This is a two inch minnow, most useful for bait on a hook, not an ENDANGERED SPECIES.



But, you Californians asked for it. Your state applies the "Endangered Species Act of 1979" literally. Your obsessions with your "pinkness" and your "green-ness" and your "airness" has done more damage to bankrupting your laughing stock of a state, than most government corruption. Although, its neck and neck. Hey Kevin Johnson, how's that stolen money car wash, working out for ya?



We are going to get gouged at the food lines because you rocket scientists have succumbed to the bribery.....errrr...lobbying of the special interest morons. You have bought Pelosi, Waxman, Boxer, Feinstein, et all, to the point where the Terminator cannot even help you. The hell with the law, open up those pumps now and turn the water on. Hey Arnold, got any stones left? Want to score major points and get some of that cred back for the GOP. Open them up, let them come and rehearse your perp walk. "You'll be back."



This is just the beginning people. When you have radicals and brain dead low-lifes, like the envirohacks, who own the lawmakers and set their agendas, while hiding in their communal tree houses, the worst is yet to come. I SHALL AGAIN RENEW MY POSTURE AND CRUSADE-------



Until we outlaw and abolish all lobbyists, all lobbying groups, all special interest groups, all PAC's and all those "special consultants," events like this shall occur all over America, where any pinko fizzbin has yank. This administration skirts the Document all the time, democratic politicians admit it. "let the courts decide what's constitutional and what's not."



If we are tweaking the Constitution, let's start revising it, even dismantling it. Some of these amendments and caveats must be repealed. Prediction----Within two years, the crime in vogue will be stealing food. From grocery stores, supermarkets, fast food, and even home invasions---just to empty the fridge of the "haves" so the "have nots" can eat.



Again, maximum compassion goes out to those farmers and now starving people in this area. But, collectively, you have allowed Pelosi and her thugs to run roughshod over you to preserve a Delta Smelt over your own bellies. You know what to do when elections come around, right? Or do you? Hey Arnold, screw the feds, screw politics, screw the law----DO WHAT IS RIGHT FOR THESE POOR PEOPLE AND JUST TURN ON THE G** DAMN PUMPS.



Remember---A LOBBYIST IS NOTHING MORE THAN A GLORIFIED PIMP. I would sooner trust my welfare to Charles Manson as opposed to messrs. Pelosi, Waxpaper, Boxcutter, Feensteen and any other parasites, who coury their favor. Hannity, you are to be canonized for this story. This is what people like you need to do more of. Less talking heads, less Coulter, less Williams, less Beckel. Take Morris with you, he is a good head. One parting shot----If, what "Zeke the fish head" said yesterday is found to be true-----"you people sold your allocation of water to others down the road......" if you farmers did indeed take short cuts to make your quick fix, without farming and working for it, then damn all of you, screw you, --- you can eat your money.


One submerged plot line---Applying the premise that humans are inherently evil and not good. This low-life, sub-species called politicians, we know are inherently evil, corrupt, vile, disgusting collections of wasted humanity. Prediction---this is exactly what the liberal power brokers want.-----check it out-----Reid has his sand dune for solar and wind farms. Pelosi wants to play too. They are DELIBERATELY doing this, under the guise of wildlife preservation, so she can administer her giant solar/wind farms, for her fifedom.

Reid said the lines will go up and if we have to move "you" out of the way to do it, we will. Or words to that effect.



If this weren't so sickening, it would be laughable. It illustrates how stupid and inept you enviros truly are. They don't care about your seals, fish, minnows, water, drilling, ozone or hydroflourocarbons. They only care about the hydro flowing of money, running like water, into their pockets. And they are using you to accomplish it. Did they offer you any lube before saddling up?

Dateline Today--Fox and Friends morning show with Doocy, Kilmeade and Carlson. Guy named T.R. Reid. Former Washington Post reporter. Writes a book on the odyssey of health care around the world. Actually took his bum wing with him and decided to find out the real deal about health care.




So, why am I picking on Hannity again? Because this guy, like Coulter and Limbaugh, have a conservative agenda that they advance at any and all costs and the hell with reporting both sides. That is why you come to this blog. These three are the top yodlers regarding the "free market system of capitalism.......less government regulation." The conservative mantra, right?




Again, in theory, that is wonderful. However, because we have inherently corrupt and evil people running these systems, they screw it up. Let's examine why health care is "better" in Switzerland, France, Germany, just to name three. Note, better is a relative term.




What is "better?" So why do the sheiks, government officials, ceo's and other fat cats always come to America to get cut on, sliced and diced? Because we have the best machinery, toys, gadgets, bells, whistles and specialized surgeons and related medical folk anywhere in the world, right? Correct. So why is our system so screwed up?




Our health care system devotes 20% to "administrative costs." i.e. pencil pushers, paper shufflers, changing the coffee filters and keeping the pantry stocked with danish and colon cloggers. The aforementioned three countries range between 3-5%. In Switzerland, if the insurance companies do not pay ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, within five days, your next month's premium is FREE. And EVERYBODY GETS COVERAGE, EQUAL COVERAGE FOR ALL. No pre-existing conditions, no caveats, no hidden surprises.




But then, that defeats the capitalist system. If the government mandates who and what types of coverages are implemented, how can the insurance companies, drug companies, etc., make any money?. Hell, they only make about 3-4 % now.



Can you say waste? Can you say fraud? Can you say 20% administrative costs? Apply that to the profit margin, and what do you have? And there would still be enough left over to reduce premiums for the most important people, us. Screw Wall Street, screw these company ceo's, bonuses, (sic) the hell with your publicly traded companies, stick it with your shareholders and boards of directors. They come LAST, WE COME FIRST. Like any brothel or whooorehouse----the customer comes first. I find it repulsive that these izods can actually sleep, making money at the expense of the misery of others.

Check this out--Dude wrote a book, "cook the books and pay the crooks." Some thing similar as I only had one ear open in early a.m. Re-stating the government screw-ups of past history---medicare, medicaid, s.s., post office, but the first two are in our sights.

Who administers M & M? (Jeopardy theme).....The government. The bottomless pits and loopholes allowing unchecked, unfettered waste, fraud and abuse are legendary. There is no enforcement. For every doctor or health/medical outfit they pinch and fry, there are thousands more operating, with impunity, under the radar.

Who should handle processing, (with built-in oversight, BTW) and ultimate release of funds for payment/compensation?............30 seconds and please be sure its in the form of a question........The Credit Card Companies.....a.k.a. outsourcing. Outsourcing to Master Card, Visa, Amex, etc. With tech security being such a fine-tuned specialty, these guys already have it built in with alerts and fire alarms coming out the ying-yang.

If anyone has the expertise, human power (little pc there) proper computer banks, et all, its this group, bar none. But no.......why should they relinquish one of their agendas, punching bags, reason for implementing socialized medicine, rationed health care, etc..this is their foundation for overhauling the system. All they have to do is let the real experts, devoid of political loyalties, (hopefully) do this job and watch the overbilling, double-billing, invisible billing, ghost perscriptions, etc., decrease like a javelin curing Charlie Rangel's tax amnesia.

How's that for tweaking health care? How's that for less government interference and related incompetence? Without control over medicare and medicaid, they lose their cornerstone of health care reform. And wouldn't that be a wonderful thing? Memo to Congress--if you and your cheek smoochers are going to overhaul nearly 20% of our economy, first try successfully managing a lemonade stand. Baby steps...baby steps.

The real wrench in these gears are those bottom-feeding, low-lifes, a.k.a. ambulance chasers, a.k.a. attorneys. WE MUST HAVE TART REFORM. Just reviewing, its tart reform, not tort reform. Google "tart" and it says, "see lawyers." Google "lawyers" and it says, "see tarts." Dream on. With 80% of the slush money being contributed to our current harlots, coming from "counselor," they won't sit still for that.




Crunching numbers---On a wide-sweeping spectrum---our Cadillac health insurers are Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Medical Mutual and Kaiser. There may be others, but I like to talk in threes. The ticker says a single person, healthy, pays about 500 per month, family, same caveats, pays about 1,200 per month. But you better be able to run a five minute mile.




Germany has a 750 dollar a month premium fee, split down the middle by employer and employee. Let's see---375 per month, times 12 equals.....$4,500 per annum. But how are these vast differences, like night and day, workable anywhere, let alone in USA? BE CLEAR--the current system, no matter how many "Baucus Bills" come to the floor, WILL NOT WORK AND WILL BANKRUPT THE COUNTRY.




So, what can be done and what should we do?



1. Complete tort reform regarding the nefarious lawyers. Not only threaten them with permanent disbarment, but make some of their egregious antics, criminal and slam them into the stripey hole. Watch the savings and even health PROFITS rise, if the doctors don't have to do CAT Scans for a pulled groin muscle.



2. The biggest, sweeping change----the biggest reason that the application of national health care can be successful here---yes it can succeed---picture all our gadgets, all our genius, all the doctors and surgeons we have here---the Mayo Clinic, Johns Hopkins, Cleveland Clinic, the brightest and best---will work...........



3. In those European countries-------THERE ARE NO LOBBYISTS. THERE ARE NO SPECIAL INTEREST GROUPS. THERE ARE NO POLITICAL ACTION COMMITTEES. Remember what the Canadian soldier said up in Vancouver, "if your Immelt or Axlerod tried pulling that crap up here, they'd take you out and spit roast you in the town square." Germany has about 250 private, for profit insurance companies, AND NOT ONE lobbyist greasing up some orifice.




I renew my crusade. Until all lobbying, lobbyists, PAC's, special interest groups, consultants and related whores, are legislatively abolished, universal health care can't work here, use this diatribe as a template.




There is a silver lining in this cloud of crap----The Executive Branch apparently had an epiphany. According to Fox judicial analyst and former fed judge, Andrew Napolitano (I hope his family tree don't touch hers) the way Congress is operating is totally unconstitutional. The judge and Kilmeade had an honest democrat (oxymoron for the day) on their radio show.




Apparently, the Congress is totally aware of what they do. They know their laws do not survive constitutional muster. They don't care. This burro said, "let the courts sort it out." Kind of tough to do when a lawyer has to formally bring the pleading. Right....kind of like me and my buddy, Burger Bits, touring a health farm.




Please become familiar with 10th. amendment State's Rights, the commerce clause, equal protection clause and all caveats of amendments 12-14 inclusive. Probably others in there too. And Tea Partiers---I renew my plea for you to run against these idiots in office now. You would be amazed at how the Internet, has at least tilted the playing field, towards some semblance of balance. You need a message, a radical agenda, my agenda, and the money will take care of itself.




How many lawyers are in that air pollution pocket of 535 down there? How many doctors? How many PTA like people? How many soccer moms? How many "Joe the Plumbers?" How many ex-cons or felons? (probably more than you think)--How many clergy? How many dot comers? How many iron workers or riggers?




Exactly. Just like a jury of your peers. Should not the Congress represent the people whom they serve? Only fault there, is that we are serving them, they are not serving us. Several readers have inquired, "when we gonna start having some sex with these political rants?" Behold the ACORN. This is the richest and juiciest piece of investigative, undercover work, since the Watergate.




Props to Giles and O'Keefe for having the vision, the stones and the acting aplomb to pull this off. Uncovering the filth and disgust of what this administration intends to do with all fabrics of our society and turn it into their progressive playground. Seeding dirty money, to make more dirty money, then rinse the money, just to make it dirty again by avoiding taxes.




If not for these two brave souls, Glenn Beck, Hannity, O'Reilly and the powers that be at Fox News, the average citizen would have been totally oblivious to this criminal enterprise.




Since the government entities are exempt from the laws which govern us nobodys, the legal touts are weighing in, or out, on what, if any, criminal offenses have been committed by ACORN.



Your storyteller can only relate local and federal law, as he knows it and how it applies to him. After all, he is a nobody. A good ground zero to assess what a "normal" prosecution of these crimes would look like. And there have been crimes committed.




If, and stress that word "IF" because if Holder ho-hummed the Panther intimidations, wants to give Miranda and Due Process rights to terrorists and called this country "cowards," why would he step to the plate and spearhead the prosecution and dismantling of ACORN?




Think about all the sex scandals, the juicy and amazing circumstances of said sex scandals, we have been subjected to over just the past year. AND REMEMBER, YOUR TAX DOLLARS ARE PAYING FOR THESE MISCREANTS. NOT ONLY THEIR DEEDS, BUT EVEN THEIR LEGAL DEFENSES. They are public servants, right? That means, directly and indirectly, we pay for all their devious avarices.

I came up with a brainstorm to deal with Pruneface and Itchy (The Rathke twins) and this "always in denial" Scott Levenson, this crook can't even spin any more. She could play kickball with all of them at once.





Other "artists" of recent scandal include John Edwards, perhaps the most disgusting of the bunch. He's got a wife teetering on horizontal, and he's cavorting about, sowing his demon seed into some piece of fluff, who looks like a retreaded deadhead.




Let's not forget the Big E, Elliot Spitzer. Hey, El--why return to "public cervix," when you can easily get a gig as a Viagara or related centerfold. A lobbyist, consultant or better yet, "mystery shopper/sampler" for same. You return to the office after mysteriously disappearing for a week. Your arms are raised above your head and you cannot bring them down. Your colleague asks "what's up with the armpit trick?" And El says, "the chicks didn't show up."




Fair and balanced. Rubber face, Mark Sanford, cum on down. You are another low-life specimen, so low that you have to play handball up against the curb. You had the perfect life, family and devoted wife. I actually had respect for you, when you stood up to the feds regarding stimuli cash. That disappeared as quick as my x in McCains box.




The Argentine "countess" is your soulmate? Didn't you mean "hoemate?" I can envision you with those mickey mouse, matador ears, glued to your dome, while you "ole" your international concubine, a.k.a. "puta". If all of you whoore mongerers and whoore masters would just nut up and admit you took a U turn down the wrong fallopian tube, we might be able to forgive you a lot quicker.



Playing devil's disciple here, if your narrator were defending these slugs, the first tactic out of my box would be the "entrapment" defense. Never mind that ACORN was complicit, accomodating and more than eager to assist these entrepeneurs. By definition, entrapment is "an act or conveyance of an act, performed or completed, when the targeted party DID NOT have a predispostion of engaging in an illegal activity."




Examine that closely. This is why undercover hooker stings are so successful. Dude knows what he's doing. He knows soliciting hookers is against the law, but HE DOES IT ANYWAY. These ACORN brain surgeons knew prostitution is illegal. They admitted as much by saying, "classify yourselves as performing artists." Okay, the reciprocating saw failed, let's try the DeWalt 3/8's drill with "paddle" bit.




From the state level, not much can be done. Whatever state charges would be sustained, based on the elements of offenses in Maryland, New York, etc, as listed in their criminal code, would have to contain "attempted" attached to them. Analagous to "attempted murder," or "attempted rape," etc. Making that even tougher is that the act itself, hooking, was never attempted, per se, rather just discussed. Sort of like a bunch of terrorists holed up in some Queens apartment. But that is fed jurisdiction. Different league, different rules.




What about the "hiring a hitman" scenario? Excellent. How many meetings/conversations are peformed before the "arrest" is actually made? Two, minimum. Discussing it with the undercover is exercising your right of free speech. In order to make the crime an actionable offense, the actor would show plans, written/verbal directions as to location, travel routes, haunts & hangouts, bring/suggest a weapon of choice, downpayment in a brown paper bag, etc. Now, you have tangible evidence of said "plot," thereby sustaining the elements of "attempted."




In hindsight, if messrs. O'Keefe and Giles, actually brought underage girls into the office, foreign or domestic, and showed them off, then the state has a solid bite at the apple. Remember that for your next adventure, Batman and Robin. The feds, however, have virtually unfettered latitude. And unlimited resources. If your tout was preparing a fed indictment, based on those tapes, here is the proffer I would make.




1. Since these two adventurers, performed this "sting" more than once, were successful in obtaining WILLING CO-OPERATION, DIRECTION, ADVICE and/or criminal facilitation/assistance from ACORN, (which they did), they have sustained a "pattern of criminal activity." In fed lingo RICO.




2. Since "conspiracy to commit or attempt" racketeering, money laundering, wire and mail fraud, possession of criminal tools, are always built-in elements AND INDIVIDUAL CRIMES TO AUGMENT THE INDICTMENTS. You can see why RICO is so popular with the feds. Plus, anytime you sneeze across state lines and pass on the H-1-N-1 to some bovine, its fed jurisdiction. The conspiracy element, "more than one," is the easiest caveat to sustain.




Hey Hanson........here's your ideal spin-off and triumphant return to TV. Instead of "To Catch a Predator," try this----"To Nut An Acorn."




3. Money laundering--- Turning existing dirty money (FEDERALLY FUNDED ACORN SEED MONEY, GOING ON FOR DECADES. Millions to date, with billions more earmarked by the administration and orchestrated by Barney Frank. 8 billion bucks, your bucks. .....And turning it into dirtier money---allowing that money to be converted into actual, ill-gotten gains from the prostitution enterprise.




4. Mail and Wire Fraud---any and all phone calls, e mails, snail mail (applications sent to D.C.), cell or related electronic transmissions, uploads, downloads, forwarding, all constitute mail and wire fraud, because everything contained in them, through them and on them, are criminally illegal on their face.




5. Additional conspiracies contained within mail and fraud offenses----using these underage, Salvadoran girls, as tax dependents (tax fraud) and/or listing them in any capacity on, or all, of said applications and processes, supervised by ACORN. You have at least the "attempted" elements fulfilled here.




6. Possession of criminal tools--- Any instrument or conveyance, (from the pen and paper clip, all the way up to the office computers, furniture, literally everything in the office, THAT IS WHY THE FEDS SEIZE EVERYTHING AND SORT IT OUT AT THEIR LAUNDROMAT. Example--computer/phones. Used for processing and related areas. All conveyances going over, through and to them, are illegal, hence you are using a legit object for illegitimate/criminal activity. AND EACH TIME YOU USE THEM, THAT CAN BE A SEPERATE AND INDIVIDUAL COUNT. That is why you see basketball scores for number of counts in some indictments.


Analogy one--how this premise relates to us nobodys--Dude is trolling about and gets pulled over for illegal turn. Cop asks for access, no problem. He goes into the trunk and sees your clubs and bag. No problem. However, when he looks inside the car proper, he notices your Ping, 2- Iron laying across the back seat. If he wanted to be literal (not to mention a prick) he could cite/confiscate you(r) for possession of criminal tools because that 2 iron does not belong on the back seat, employed as a union prop when you are addressing a factory about Card Check.




Analogy Two---Dude drives towtruck for a gig. Towtrucks have bolt cutters as tools of choice, should they have to get access to a secured parcel (repo folk come to mind). However, on his way to the tow truck, he gets pulled over for another illegal turn. Cop sees bolt cutters carelessly tossed in the back seat. Possession of burglary tools.





Mark Sanford, John Edwards and Elliot Spitzer---They are possessing and using their tools illegally. They are in possession of their criminal tools. By misappropriating taxpayer dollars (1st. crime), soliciting prostitutes, flying overseas, hoeing up with some contessa, pulling it out and dancing the "one-eyed trouser snake rhumba"---crimes 2-6)----inseminating Lamb Chop's twin with your dangling participle, all in furtherance of the initiated act--using the dirty money for your dirty little deeds. We're now up in double-digit counts.




However, know why these three philandering fowl would never get to plead their justification defenses?????? Judge comes out, looks around and tells them all to drop trou. Complying, judge pauses, looks and bangs gavel. "Case dismissed due to lack of evidence."

IF YOU FORGET THIS DAY, YOU MAY NOT GET ANOTHER DAY

No bells, no whistles, no sarcasm, no pundrity. So appropriate the quote, "those who forget the lessons of history, are destined to repeat those lessons of history." This country got the lesson of a lifetime on this date eight years ago. Ironic, isn't it, that 60 years prior, we got our first lesson of terrorism on our soil, with the USS Arizona, serving as a reminder that a lack of vigilance leads to an erosion of freedom.



For those who perished, their families, friends, loved ones and colleagues, this day, each year, for the past eight years, and for every year until the end of time, will rip and tear at their fabric---"how could this happen to us?" Freedom is not bought. Freedom is not maintained with global economies, wheelers, dealers, traders or investors. Freedom is maintained with a non-stop security watch and an obsessive vigilance bordering on compulsion.



The youngest nation on earth became the strongest, most coveted nation on earth, because those who came here, saw our shores as a superior way of life from whence they came. They came here to be Americans. Not Irish Americans, not Catholic Americans, not Italian Americans, not Polish Americans, not German Americans, not African Americans, just plain Americans. Because, for whatever reason, they did not appreciate, nor approve of, the way they were being treated in their country of origin.



Randomly sample or poll 100 people. Ask each of them to define "freedom." Ask them "what is your definition of freedom?" Chances are, you will get 100 different answers. Freedom, liberty, etc., could only be attained and manifested, to them, if they got out of the country from whence they came.



Not a free handout. Not living off the dole. Not discovering loopholes where the wealth of the few subsidize the sloth of the many. Not personal enrichment, security or status, but coming to a nation where everyone has an equal opportunity to have their seat on the 50 yard line.



Working for 15 cents an hour, if you could even find work. Kids quitting school in the eighth grade because there was no time for education. Everyone had to work, everyone had to slave, paid or not, to literally keep the family alive. Waking up at 3 a.m., shivering, with teeth chattering, because you ran out of coal or clinkers to heat the house, boil water or cook, if you even had a loaf of bread or any food in the house.

Ojiec Wadzju passed on 12-28-2000. Being a staunch Roman Catholic, he believed that the Lord administers, through dreams, when your time is near. He could not give details or specifics, and I tried to get it out of him---he had my attention. Something about those "deathbed confessions" sending shivers down your spine.



This anniversary served as a harbinger. It was not the direct reference to his prediction above. Rather, the start of a chain of future events. Political, social, economic, with the dominant theme of corruption propelling the machine forward. "Turning this house into a den of thieves."



Anyone with a jaded, i.e. objective, vision of the future of this country, sleeps with one eye open these days. It is indeed reprehensible that Michael Moore, Oliver Stone, Garafalo, Charlie Sheen, Baldwin, Penn, Senator Barbara Boxer, Barney Frank, Van Jones and other "messengers of Lucifer," use their bestowed talents to pervert, undermine, influence and mislead those desiring the truth of a nation.



Freedom of speech is a right for all. Corrupting those seeking truth and accuracy is not a right. It is an abuse of that right. And when you abuse those "entitlements," they become priveleges, because they are taken away from you. We are on the brink of "having the way you live each and every day of the rest of your life," permanently changed.



These are dangerous times. Our so-called leaders are reduced to nic-nacs, puppets and marionettes, robotically manipulated like a game of computer chess. "Machines" being an operative and relative term. I pray the ultimate sacrifice of those 3,000 plus people, the ultimate sacrifice of our men and women, half a world away, will not be in vain. We owe the continued fight to them, if nothing else.



Compromise or withdrawal are not on the table. Only or until, we stick that "Iwo Jima Flag" smack dab in the middle of those poppy fields, will the job be finished. I pray for deliverance every night before passing out. I pray that I do not wake up and have to live the next day. So far, the Lord is not listening and the Devil is busy with Health Care.

FOX NEWS, 10TH. AMENDMENT, CZARS, TOWN HALLS & PREDICTIONS

I like Fox News. I like Hannity. I can even tolerate Coulter. Glenn Beck will easily get a new gig doing "Gallagher" like stand-up, after Mark Lloyd shuts him down. However, like them or not, they are the closest remnant of what objective journalism is supposed to be. Today, its "get it first," not "get it right." Flip-flopped (sic) from my days in the racket. But props and kudos go out to Hannity and Beck, who spearheaded the effort to eventually 86 this zealot, Van Jones.

I'm almost tempted to put in for a czar gig myself. I've got more skeletons in my closet than Elliot Spitzer, John Edwards, Monica Lewinsky, Mark Sanford, Blago and that Utah dude doing his Morse Code in the bathroom stall, combined. But if Van Jones can waltz right in, without adult supervision, then hell, look at some of my platforms in this blog.

And who in the hell is this paperweight on "America's Newsroom," this morning? This goes right next to Coulter's quip on ".....but I liked him (Espada) when he was a Republican." Check this jewel out---"I think Van Jones was done a great disservice by the administration........" You eating North Korean "stone soup?" This guy has more power and influence than the Congress itself, and he was done an injustice? This guy is a criminal. One down and more to go. Mark Lloyd is the most dangerous czar of the bunch because he will be in charge of regulating and criminalizing free speech.

And shudder at the most dangerous quote from POTUS TO DATE--"we shall have a national security force, trained and funded just like our military......." do you know what that means? Scare headlines are not needed, just Google "World History--1932-1945" and that should tell you a lot. Fox News got it right. They hammered on this guy until Gibbs and Axelrod broke and grudgingly conceded that Van had to pack his van. So, props to Beck and Hannity. And as we speak, Fox had more accounts of this THAN ALL OF THE OTHER TV/CABLE STATIONS AND MAJOR MEDIA PAPERS COMBINED.

AND MR. POTUS---Pretending you, Gibbs, Axelrod and that Valerie Jarrett chortling Jones as the second coming of the Resurrection, are all of you that oblivious to these people you hang with? Given the President's former Scrabble buddies, that is a reduntant interrogatory. This is analogous to the strip-bar owner telling the cops, "She told me she was 18." Apparently, Google is not one of your popular search engines over there.

Now, the 10th. amendment. LISTEN UP ALL STATES. Georgia is going to give it a go and if they can amend their constitution, every state should follow suit. This is a knee jerk reaction to the latest "surpise" in the health care bill. The stewards of the "lemonade stand," aka Congress, want the states to kick in money they don't have, to subsidize this 1,200 page piece of bathroom reading. This Health Care Bill is nothing more than a government mandate. They will make you pay, one way or another, make you pay dearly, and make you keep paying until Charles Payne buys your life insurance policy and gets Vegas odds on when you will die.

Capsulizing, said 10th. amendment guarantees that no federal law, mandate, policy, tax, etc., shall be imposed upon the states. Unbeknownst to those without a Constitutional Law background, federal laws and mandates ONLY APPLY TO ENTITIES DIRECTLY UNDER FEDERAL JURISDICTION. The most common is any activity which crosses state lines, see Commerce Clause.

That means if each state passes amendments to their existing constitutions, they will not have to entertain any forms of government-sponsored health care, they can refuse to pay any future gasoline, tobacco, snacks, drinks, beer, wine and liquor taxes, they can validate or disapprove of same sex marriage and/or civil unions, they can even outlaw abortions and firearms, if they choose.

Go Bulldogs. Georgia, get moving and pass it. Be the first. Send these federal incompetents a clear message that you are going to run your state the way you see fit. Sure, they will cut off any and all federal money to your state entitlements, i.e. blackmail, but when they do it--"government policy." This is why you don't refuse the fed tax impositions now. They got you by the short hairs, but if you can find a novel, revolutionary, radical way to raise the money---maybe like going on a jobs binge, and the hell with what the EPA and other ferret-faced drones say to you.

Scoreboard---today's numbers have 48 states in the red and some are in so deep, they show up maroon. Hence, the above encouragement is a 100-1 shot, but something radical has to be done to the ying to counter the yang. BTW--let's get these numbers in proper order regarding "the 50 million people in this country, who are uninsured." Or other figures tossed around at the whim of a talking head. In order for someone to be insured, they have to WANT TO BE INSURED. We have a chunk of the "invincibles." Kids 18-30 who party all night, sleep all day, work on their "Babs Boxer" behinds, while on the net all day, drive without seat belts, don't wear helmets on their hogs and play the latest drinking game "Louisville Chugger." Correct, its not beer pong anymore. To them, H-1-N-1 is a triple word score in "Nerd Scrabble."

They don't count. Neither do the 20 million or so ILLEGALS. They are here illegally, hence, they are working illegally, hence, they are paying taxes illegally, (the oxymoron for the year----illegal taxes, what brilliance.)--Oh, and let's get rid of those "anchor babies" too. That is a loophole used to strangle the health care system. Haven't heard a stumper talking about that, eh? Too toxic. Well, toxic lives here. Don't listen to media's numbers, they are skewed, at best.

Memo to Juan "Colmes & Beckel" Williams, Fox News contributor and NPR guru--here's another one to place next to Coulter and company--" ....I don't know why they are making such a fuss over a mid-level appointee like Van Jones.....(or words to that effect)-- Hey Juan, the guy is a loose cannon, like all of them are. They report to nobody but POTUS. They can tell Congress to "kiss their ass," and go about their business. Czars are not subject to confirmation, scrutiny, review, discipline or censure. And you are sluffing this off as "overkill.?" If these czars are empowered to render edicts that clearly fall within categories of the feds and Congress, than what the hell do we need the feds and congress for? I have predictions upcoming on what his "Great Lakes Czar" is going to do by next fishing season. Drop all these committees, shrink the size of government, and let the czars roll. Can't have it both ways......my bad, you are the government, we have no say in what you do.

Speaking of saying what you can do, how about these democratic senators acting like a 12 year old on the playground, grousing over "who's got next?" A.K.A. town hall meetings. Pascrell, Slaughter, Hill, Massa, who the hell do you think you are? In a town hall, WE TALK, YOU SHUT YOUR PIEHOLES AND LISTEN. Remember, you have two ears and one big mouth, that should tell you something.

PREDICTIONS---No matter the chatter, no matter the promises, no matter the tap dancing or square dancing done by these senators, they will insert, sneak in, doublespeak, make retroactive to, slide in, amend, repeal and amend again, all of the provisions the President and the far left want in this bill. That includes public options, taxing existing health care benefits, value added tax to pay for it, death provisos, maybe even insuring your pets and animals.

So, who is ultimately going to rule this socialist overhaul with the proverbial iron fist???? The IRS, of course. See, here is another protection of our rights to privacy coming down. Currently, any IRS employee, or any of their assigns, who breathes one solvo of your personal/financial status stored in their banks, is guilty of a felony.

On future tax returns--w-2, 1099, business, etc., you will have to check one of two boxes--"do you have current health insurance coverage?" Under penalty of perjury, you must check one of the boxes. "Overlooking" it is not an option. Not filing a return is not an option.

Answer "yes" and you have given the government implied or stated access to all of your financial outlets---savings, checking, debit, credit cards, credit history, the whole nine yards. After all, they have to make sure you are eligible or not eligible, depending on your present situation. Plus, auto pay will be a nice way to just drain money out of your account, all the while having access to all of your banking business. Think they'll abuse that one????????? DON'T BELIEVE ONE WORD OF WHAT THEY ARE TELLING YOU.

Answer "no" and let the carnage begin. You will get calls, letters, even in person visits from ACORN, maybe the service unions, maybe the teamsters, (with or without aluminum bats) maybe a rep from the public option arm. You will sign up and carry health insurance, thereby allowing the government access to every single aspect of your life. Just wait until Mark Lloyd and POTUS craft that internet legislation.

Blame the Congress for mindlessly voting for it, goose stepping to the tune of their party line. Blame the Congress for not reading the bill, PROPERLY debating the bill, then acting upon the bill. But you blame POTUS for allowing input and influence from ACORN, unions, Tides Foundation, Apollo Foundation, Move On dot org. Again, who the hell needs those 535 on-line solitaire players when we have special interests NOW writing the bills, never mind merely bribing Congress to write it their way. BTW----HEY 535'ers READ THE DAMN BILL.

Memo to the Tea Party Party---Let's start getting serious here. Start running for office. You guys can really throw a wrench into these gears in 2010. Fourteen months is a long time, budget it wisely. The latest Rasmussen Poll says that 42% of those polled say "Joe the Plumber" types can do a better job than the current Congress. The same amount does not agree and 13% are still coming off the pipe.

Item last--One of the marionettes in the czar bar, has the title of "Great Lakes Czar." His job will be to find new ways to tax those in the recreational/resort fishing business, along the Great Lakes. Let's see---New York, Pennsylvania, especially Ohio, Michigan, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Illinois (Obama will exempt them, of course) will be crippled as anglers will get the new tariffs passed onto them.

Check this out and make book on it---

1. Recreational fishermen will only be permitted to keep their catch if it fulfills specific requirements for length and/or weight of the species caught.

2. All boat and marine charters, and the assigns of the maritime charters, will be required to purchase (from GE), at their own expense, a computerized weights and measures scale, insuring the fish caught meet requirements.

3. Fish must be returned to the water if they are not mature enough to be kept for processing.

4. All fish caught shall be assessed a sales tax in addition to the standard processing fees.

5. Great Lakes fishermen will now be required to purchase seperate fishing permits, co-inciding with the season of fish to be caught. ie, walleye license, perch license, muskie license, salmon license, sheephead license, etc. And a seperate permit for fishing off the dock.

6. All charter boats shall be assessed an "environmental billage discharge tax." This is for any electrical components running that further pollute the lake. i.e. emissions on discharge from boat fuel, billage pump operation and any miscellaneous toxins emitted from said craft.

This is what you voted for, this is what you wanted and damn all of you who did it.

So, what is a fair and balanced compromise to this health care mess?

First Tart Reform. No, its Tart Reform. Google "tart" as an improper noun. Google "lawyer" as an improper noun. The similarities are striking. Since the legal community pumps in about 80% of all the slush fund money to keep the democratic wheels churning, poof goes re-election. REMEMBER THE MANTRA---THE ONLY THING, THE ONLY THING A SNIVELING POLITICIAN CARES ABOUT, IS GETTING RE-ELECTED. Our recent poster boy is "Benedict Arnold" Specter. Wonder what percentage, in that "Capitol Hill Commune," were lawyers.

Second, the ability to buy health insurance policies from anywhere in the world. Try and keep it in usa, but if you claim to encourage competition, then why not open it up. Hey, if Lloyd's wants to play and can underwrite legally, why can't they play. Can we say Equal Protection Clause of the 14th. amendment?" New York will write millions more policies than North Dakota or Montana.......oops Montana got that 15 mill in stimulus money to watch the cars come and go into Canada. The only WAY competition is ever fair in this industry, is for ALL insurance companies to have access to the SAME AND EQUAL NUMBER OF PEOPLE IN THE COUNTRY. And, make sure its all transferrable, when or if needed.

Third, and props go to Hannity on this one--Have to stop pimping him, I'm feeling ill. His "health care savings account," is an excellent idea. However, rename it "health care investment account." Given the times, who can sock any money away for anything? You deposit it into a bank (yikes), insure that no relatives of the Madoff family are on the board and you'll be fine.

The government (yikes yikes) guarantees 10% minimum return, compounded. Or, the prevailing interest rate of the day, like whole life policies operate (they were around 4% minimum last time I faked my death.) Example of a return?

In 1980 we put 10K in a C.D. Reagan just booted Carter back to Boone County and interest rates were about 12%, if memory serves. Provided the principal remained intact, this thing was yakking me about 130 bucks per month, enough to pay the rent on my hovel at the time. Of course, you had to declare tax on the interest, but make this policy TAX FREE, provided you don't touch it for any reason.

And how many pages was this??? Think this has a chance???........When pigs and my ex-wives win gold on the balance beam.

DEREGULATION--FREE MARKET ALLY--MORTAL MAN'S DEMISE

Some short grips and gripes before the meat of the matter here. Since the Apollo Foundation, the Tides Foundation and other lesser "stink tanks," and other left-leaning tree branches, wrote the health care bill, wrote cap and tax, wrote stimuli, and jam-packed it full of pork, what the hell we need Congress for to begin with?

If those beady-eyed insects called bureaucrats, and their hair extensions, are doing all the work that the LEGISLATIVE BRANCH, is supposed to be doing (you know, writing laws to better the country), let's shrink government and just do away with them altogether.

Couple that with abolishing and eliminating all lobbying, all lobbyists, all PAC's and all special interest groups, look at the tax money we could save. Sounds like a nice platform for the next tea party, eh?

Without littering up the post, by reciting histrionics, liabilities and advantages of deregulation, let's examine why deregulation and the free market economies, per se, are failing, e.g. health care is in this boat. It is not the concept of capitalism. It is not the philosophies of the free-market systems. It is not the passionate pleas of "smaller government, less regulation." IT IS THE PEOPLE WHO ARE PILLAGING, PLUNDERING, ROBBING, STEALING AND PERVERTING THE FREE MARKET SYSTEM. i.e. Haliburton and McDonnell-Douglas billing the government 14 dollars for a nut, bolt and washer coupling that Tru Value has for 5 dollars. Or a hospital billing the HMO 3.18 for one aspirin. There is your waste in a nutshell. You don't need an overhaul, you just need enforcement---BLUDGEONING ENFORCEMENT. Humans are inherently evil, not good.

Transparency and oversight, my ass. A new branch of government must be created----The Enforcement Branch, to rein in the Legislative, in particular. Accountable to no one, it would be the "Czar" branch of our government. They would all be of a judicial pedigree--NO LAWYERS. Magistrates, federal/local judges, legal deans, etc. And every one of them will be scrubbed so clean, a parking ticket or spitting on the sidewalk will be examined as part of their confirmation process. These people shall be so clean, WD-40 will be a standard staple, so their wing tips won't crack or peel.

This new tree in the yard would be responsible for READING every piece of toilet paper that is scrawled out. They would automatically disqualify, as unconstitutional, most of them and send them back to the lavatories for retooling. They, not the President would have unfettered, line item, veto power. In this arena the following would occur:

1. The Stimulus Bill would have never made it out of committee under the Equal Protection Clause of the 14th.? amendment. Fox judicial analyist, Judge Napolitano, (I hope he's no relation to her), said so at one of Glenn Beck's studio tea summits.

If you bail out, or apply taxpayer's money, to AIG, Citi, Morgan Stanley and the other thieving magpies of Wall Street, then what about all the other banks, holding companies and financial institutions? Are they orphans? Equal protection means equal protection for all.

2. By line-iteming out all pork, GE would not be on the brink of a multi-billion dollar monopoly, ACORN would not be hiding millions of our money, Biden and his family couldn't come dancing, Murtha and his litany of crooks would never get off the ground, Pelosi could not save insects and rodents under the guise of environmental protections, Dodd could not play stupid regarding favorable mortgage considerations and Reid would not see his "hooker line" come from the cali fruit farms to his castle of concubines.

3. The dominoes start to fall. Eliminate the pork, you dry up funding for the special interest vultures. Turn the birds into carcasses, you start drying up the coffers of those charlatans who comprise Congress. And the net result? BUILT-IN CAMPAIGN FINANCE REFORM. How brilliant is that?

Why all this vitriolic fuss? Man, when left to the vices of his own devices, is inherently evil. It is manifested in this elite society we shall never sniff, but who take our money, steal our money, misappropriate our money, then come whining to us to bail them out so their Hamptons lifestyles remain intact. Let them all fail. Teach them a lesson they won't forget. Let's see---S and L scandals, junk bonds, current housing crisis, four and five dollar a gallon pump prices, Madoff and Ponzi schemes, offshore tax avoidance, Charles Cheating Keating, Warner, get the idea? When man is not checked and checked hard, he succumbs to temptation. Just like sex. This is their sex. They let their little head do the thinking for the big head.

Hey Newt. I'm all down with "drill baby drill." I wear dentures, but if you found oil in my gums, drill baby drill. And if the envirowhacks say "not in my backyard," then how about not one penny of federal money to your state until you back off and let commerce take its course? You can't do that, its blackmail, its extortion. To which the government should say, "if you commoners do it, you are correct, when we do it, its called government policy."

They complain that the SEC is understaffed, underpaid, overworked and just cannot keep up with all these underhanded hedge funds, speculators, insider traders and the like. With the Enforcement brigade in charge, the Congressional Budget will be approved, only if the right people can be hired by Treasury/SEC to make sure the Bernie Madoffs of Wall Street are checked and whacked when they get out of line. And whacked with the results of a Louisville Slugger, not a slap on the wrist.

O'Reilly is right on the money, don't listen to those Fox Business touts. They are the foxes guarding the hen house. Speculators and hedge funds should have never gotten out of the box ten years ago. But, the conservative mantra is less government, let the free markets flow, less regulation and interference. In theory, that is what makes capitalism the greatest form of prosperity in the world today.

However, theory is not reality. Reality shows the manipulators making millions at our expense, gouging oil prices until we can't find any more change in the couch. Here's a thought---let's bust OPEC. Flex our muscle, find a country or two who will deal exclusively with us, give them anything they want, in return for gluts of oil, at a bargain price. That's not realistic, your boiler-plate answer, right?

Is this realistic? If memory serves, the sand nations are bobbing like the Dead Sea if anything happens to their desalinisation plants. America is still the trusted supplier for parts and parcels, filters, repair, maintenance, expansion, et all, right? Well, you don't play ball with us, you can start drinking that oil, how do you like that?

There is enough oil sitting in tankers right now, just waiting to be used. But if you have a tsunami of oil in America, that drives prices at the pump down. That means Wall Street cannot make a killing. Memo to you players on FBN--Go speculate in bananas, pork bellies, FCOJ.....I hear Consolidated Lint is a good buy these days, and stay the hell out of my pocket. I can live without the above, but I cannot live without feeding my car. Don't give me this supply and demand crap.

Personally, just to teach you greedy bastards a lesson, I hope oil totally collapses and all of your monopoly money turns to salt water. And, what geniuses ever thought this global and world economy was ever going to benefit us? Who the hell let China and India sit down at the hold 'em table, instead of just playing penny slots?..............uh....one word......starts with an upper case A..........

The world is supposed to revolve around us, not the other way around. When we were the world's largest consumer of oil, the world flocked for our business. Now, they don't need us. China can't wait to go green, ditto for India......not. China should still be driving rikshaws and 68 VW buses and India should still be on bicyles and mopeds. The crystal ball says this---2010 will be the most fertile time for some fresh faces, new ideas, even radical ideas, to knock these cowards out and throw a real crowbar into the Congress. Trust me, when I tell you---the tea partiers, townies, seniors and others who join, will be so infuriated with this liberal agenda being jammed into us, that they would vote for Boris Karloff out of spite. Why can't that spite ballot be you???????

DUMB, DUMBER & "A CLOCKWORK ORANGE"

First, we had our brilliant government send out stimulus checks of $250 to 10,000 dead people. Some of which had been dead for a long, long time. Great record keeping and updating there gang. Today, we have 1,700 inmates (future ACORN members and other community organizers) receiving checks totalling 425 gurr. Total that up and we have 2.5 million to headstones, plus the 425 and we have a total waste of nearly 3 million dollars of taxpayer money. Why couldn't you have given that to the unions and lawyers and all the other special interests who bankrolled your election?



And the admitted fraud and theft of more stimulus cash, conceded to by Biden and others. Now, if you guys are going to act like Chicago thugs, at least get with the lingo. When the skimmers (you) are skimming the skim, the legbreakers and kneecappers call that "leakage." They had a major problem with that in "Casino." And since we're having a nice gathering of unions, pensions, embezzlement and illegal money approprations, this is appropriate. Just some FYI for you and Holder and Rahm and the rest of the puppet masters.



Your "cash for clunkers" is like giving a smack addict, two ounces of good stuff and pull off the methadone. Gets 'em flying for awhile but now the money has dried up. You will have dozens of dealers who WILL NEVER GET PAID WHAT YOU OWE THEM. Hopefully, for you, they will go out of business, shrivel up and work at the blow-thru. And since you have sovereign immunity, thanks to your lawyer friends and those 536 who always exempt themselves from laws applied to us nobodys, the dealers will have no recourse in court.



If I were a dealer, I would have been stockpiling those trade ins behind the fence, see how they run, and start bringing them out on the lawn for "stimulus used cars, trade ins welcome, make an offer." Look how they screwed this one up---computers constantly crashing, not enough qualified personnel, paperwork that looks like an amendment to "cap and tax," changing the criteria as often as I change my skidded trou, and the dealers are left holding their sachs.



And the crushed 12 paks? Shipped over to China. Can't recycle steel here anymore, thanks to those liberal air freaks. And look what's on the horizon--cash for the fridge, cash for the stove, cash for the dishwasher, coin for the washer and cheese for the dryer. Oh Joy. Now this is money laundering at its literal best.



Here's what the crystal ball says on this "quid pro quo." As if by divine providence, the consumers will be making a run on the outlets. Oh, the liberals will speak in glowing terms, just like Fearless Leader, "the cash for clunkers was a good thing for America.....it was very successful." Mr. POTUS, you are reading way too many of "Aesop's Fables."

I'll say it again---Until ALL lobbyists, lobbying groups, special interest groups, consultants, and political action committees are abolished by binding and forceful legislative enactment, this Congress, any Congress, will continue to spend our money like a virgin hayseed with a gold card at the Bunny Ranch.

What flies out of Garafalo's hole reminds me of a can of coffee--Chock Full Of Nuts. She is the ideal partner for a game of "Bakery,"--I'll be the cream and she can puff.



Hannity, whom I have nightmares over, mainly because I fall asleep while he is on the re-run reel, and Coulter, better get our message--we know, and don't care about yours. Last night, on Jorge at Large, Coulter delivered this hypocritic gem--"....but I liked Espada when he was a Republican." Let me get this straight--If Espada got caught up in a John Edwards mirror, as a Democrat, he would be chum for the fish. If he did it, while being a Republican, he would be doing "demographic sampling." I give Geraldo props for maintaining his disdain for this curmudgeon, irrespective of the stripes he wore.



You and Hannity must think we independents are really stupid. We see right through your right-wing rubbish. I already have Hannity's mantra memorized. Check this out--"the conservative movement has to get back to its roots. Core values and core principles. They must go back to the Reagan years and study what conservatism truly is." Parroted by Steele and what a joke.



Listen up--you guys have to reach people like us. We want honesty, we want fair and balanced, ALL THE TIME FROM YOU. We want to put high street cred in what you say. You are not accomplishing anything by having us mistrust and buffoon you, just like we ridicule Beckel, Colmes, and other portsided chicken wings you parade out there. If you want us to put an x next to an R, you better start ripping on your own party members when they screw up, or we will just find an I to x, or just write in Fred Flintsone, Humpty Dumpty, or my favorite, Dick Withers.



Whom do you expect to reach with these "core principles.?" That wasn't an election, that was an electoral college beatdown. If we were in a Geritol Softball League, the mercy rule would have been out before Barama won Ohio. In order for people to assert their "conservative core principles," they have to acquire, study and learn those core values.



How can that be, Mr. or Ms. Know It All, when in the present, not your fantasy Reagan World, Heather has two mommies, Timmy has two daddies and Alaam-El Radeeje Ahad, is still looking through the classifieds? Start with a new soapbox. Start with one issue that can accomplish so much with a dramatic dominoe effect. Start making a wildfire by campaigning to abolish all lobbying, all lobbyists, all special interest groups, and all PAC's.



Remember what the Canadian soldier stated in past post. Lobbying and lobbyists would be strung up by their Buster Browns if they pulled the stunts up there, that they do down here. Eliminate them and those short-eyed, ferret-faced bureaucrats, who run around the Hill like cockroaches avoiding the Orkin man, all 4,500 of them and that would be a good start. Analogous to "what do you call 4,500 lawyers, lobbyists and special interest groups at the bottom of the sea?........A tremendous start."



One message, one theme, one radical proponent for drastic change. That is step one in shrinking the size of government. Look at the damage that would do to Pelosi, Dodd, Frank, Murtha, Reid, the whole lot of those backscratching crooks. Oh, and there are Republicans who are just as bad, just as greedy, just as oblivious to the country but attentive to their own kickbacks, maybe throw term limits in there too.



I voted for Ron Paul. Because he was the best candidate for the job? Right, start that fairy tale off with "once upon a time." It was purely out of spite. I don't like socialists, and I don't like a candidate whose platform is built on anti-pork, then he goes and votes for stimuli 1 anyway. That was gutless John, took my x right out of your box. These are the passions of independents. We want honesty. We want to hear speech like I write, not talking like you're in a circle jerk. We want direct answers to direct questions. Come to my school of public relations and leave your puppet masters in the trunk.

PREDICTIONS FOR THIS IMPLODING ADMINISTRATION

So much corruption.......so little time. Since my long-time Tout found me and chortled my gift for the tea leaves, its time for fair and balanced predictions on the total mess created by this "gang bang in Congress." Try and lay some action on them, if you can, especially if you have liberal whackos, who defend their party just like those talking heads on Fox News.

1. On the TARP MONEY---Instead of refunding the taxpayers, like they promised, all the TARP money will be appropriated and mis-appropriated to "pay down the debt," give additional money to the unions and car companies, (by my sundial, they should be back begging any month now), sending some of it for those "shovel-ready and infrastructure projects---(never mind what stimuli 1 was supposed to do) or better yet, "we can now invest this money towards Stimuli 2" (get odds, its coming). These addicts are worse than those housewives and mistresses who nut over HSN. Barney is already on the record, intending more cheese for ACORN.

Speaking of ACORN, did you see Stuart Varney's report on the big banks/firms ponying up and giving the cornrows "go away from our homes and parking lot hush money."? Just like the goons coming around to the office building and "discussing" hiring union tradesmen, not in the budget. ACORN will be the bookies and leg breakers of this new era. Kneecapping will still be left to Rahmbo.

2. They will go nuclear with this health care bill. They are slipping fast. Remember, the ONLY THING a spineless organism cares about is getting re-elected. Memo to the GOP--want to regain a scintilla of your lost cred? Do not cast ONE VOTE from your side of the aisle. They made up their minds long ago, they were doing this without you. We still have trenchmouth from those cads Specter, Snow, Collins, et all. Pitch a shutout, maybe we'll talk to you again.

3. One reason for justifying Stimuli 2 will be this gem delivered by "Studderbaba Gibbs." "We know where the remainder of stimulous 1 is EARMARKED FOR. (pun intended.) Since there are several auto dealers who have not been paid because we exhausted the money for Cash for Clunkers, it is not fair that they should take this loss."

4. Here is how "Cap and Tax'' will play out---All homes will be inspected by an EPA or some czar puppet designate. Without their approval document, you will not be allowed to sell your house. Local inspectors are now irrelevant because real estate has now gone green. BTW, those 300 pages of sneak attack, covertly stuffed into the original, at 3 a.m., is what this prediction is all about.

4a. Said government lackey will inform homeowner that their hvac, appliances, bulbs, fans, roof, siding, insulation, gutters, drainage, cement, etc, must be up to HEPA/EPA standards. No more "sold as is." No more "the perfect fixer-upper."

4b. "Okay, my friends and family will help me with this.......I got the Loew's and Home Depot gift cards, I can do this."-------"Oh no," says EPA stooge. "Here is a list of authorized dealers where you must purchase the materials.....Yes, they are 20-40% higher than your stores, but you must buy from a government-authorized outlet."

4c. "Wait a minute, how come all these appliances, bulbs and fans have to be purchased from GE?" "I don't know........you'll have to call the EPA's 18 tiered, phone tree in Washington, they have all the paperwork." Its still "press 1 for English."

4d. "All right, I'll call my people and we'll get started in the morning."... Oh no, you can't do that either.........Read section 15-b, subsection 12-p., page 11-a, first half----All work related to the purchases of the above products, MUST BE CONTRACTED AND PERFORMED BY UNION PERSONEL, COMPENSATED BY, AND FOR, AT PREVAILING UNION WAGE SCALES. *******I see this one plain as a Direct TV satellite impaled into my bald head.

Want to know how I know these things? Twelve years ago, a former senator sent me to HAZMAT school. He got a bunch of government seed money to renovate a neighborhood and make the old homes he stole for 20K, worth 120K on the market.

Returning to the job sites, the senator went wheegger, when informed about the 25 gurr in equipment he'd have to spot to get the removal process underway. I was supposed to get 40 an hr. as a supervisor, but the frugal tightwad said 25 was the first and final offer.

Since I refused to just go in and slop around with this stuff, the crew boss ran a track meet over my face. "We didn't send your ass to this school to follow the rules......we sent you to find ways around the rules."

Selected pieces of toxic house were scraped off, put into a plastic bag and shipped to a local lab for hazard analysis. I told the tech about the senator grousing money-- 80 dollars for a bucket of surfactant and 120 dollars for a bucket of encapsulant.

For those not familiar with mesotheleoma, an encapsulant is a sealer to trap and hold asbestos fibers so one can paint, varnish or remove without the particles flopping about. The surfactant is a wash, made for floors, steps and other traffic areas. After promising the tech a date with one of my catfighting biker chicks, he let me in on a little secret.

"This conversation never took place.....That 5 gallon bucket of encapsulant is nothing more than Elmer's Glue-All and the surfactant is Dawn with the grease cutter added." There's one for the memoirs.
